2 · Quotes arrive
Nearby verified businesses that offer the service send a price and arrival time. For roadside jobs some quote instantly at their standard price. For planned work you can suggest your own price.
3 · Accept and sign
Compare price, rating, arrival time and reviews, then accept the one you like. You sign a short agreement and the price is fixed. Declined a quote by mistake? Undo it until you accept another.
4 · Your card is held
We place a hold on your card for the agreed price. Nothing is charged yet. For jobs more than a week away we save your card and hold it closer to the day.
5 · Track them live
See the technician on the map with a live arrival time. You get a reminder before scheduled appointments, with one tap to confirm, move or cancel.
6 · The work, with photos
The technician checks in, takes the required photos and does the job. If something extra is needed, they send a change request. You approve or decline it in the app.
7 · Sign off and pay
Happy with the work? Sign off and only then is your card charged. You get an invoice and the job is saved to your car’s service history.
No booking fee for drivers. The price you accept is the price you pay, unless you approve a change.
